I plan your dream France trip so you don’t have to

Planning a trip to France shouldn’t feel like a second job, and with me, it doesn’t have to. When we work together, you’re not just getting a list of hotels; you’re getting my personal, vetted book of boutique stays, local recommendations, and the seamless logistics that make your travels feel effortless. I handle the heavy lifting of the planning process so you can skip the tourist traps and step straight into the skin-tingling magic of France. From the first consultation to the moment you land, consider me your local insider – ensuring every detail is as intentional as it is unforgettable.

If you’re not ready for full planning services, I also offer one-hour, $150 video calls to support your trip to France. You can learn more here.

Does this sound familiar?

You have been dreaming about France for years… maybe it’s a week in Paris, a road trip through Provence, or a long weekend in the Champagne vineyards, but every time you sit down to plan it, you end up with 40 open browser tabs and no idea where to start.

That’s where I come in. As someone who lives in Paris and has spent years exploring every corner of France, I know the difference between the hotels worth the splurge and the ones that aren’t, the restaurants locals actually eat at, and the experiences that make a trip to France feel genuinely unforgettable rather than just another vacation. Here’s what working together looks like:

  • Research and plan every detail of your trip so you don’t have to
  • Build a personalized itinerary around what actually matters to you – your pace, your style, your budget
  • Handpicked accommodations that I would stay in myself
  • Point you toward the places most visitors never find because they’re not on any listicle
  • Be your Paris-based insider from the first conversation to the moment you land

How it Works

fill out inquiry form

Start by telling me a little about your dream trip… where in France you want to go, when you are thinking of traveling, who is coming with you, and what kind of experience you are looking for. The more detail you give me, the better I can understand whether we are a good fit and how I can help.

book a discovery call

Once I have reviewed your inquiry, I will reach out to schedule a 30-minute discovery call. This is where we get to know each other, talk through your vision in more detail, and figure out exactly what your trip needs. A $100 discovery call fee is required to reserve your spot – this fee ensures that I’m only working with travelers I can genuinely help and it applies in full to your itinerary if we move forward.

itinerary design

This is where the magic happens. I will research, curate, and build your custom France itinerary from the ground up – hotels I would stay in myself, restaurants worth the reservation, experiences you will not find on any listicle, and day-by-day logistics. Every detail is chosen with your travel style and budget in mind.

delivery & refinement

Your finished itinerary is delivered as a beautifully designed PDF, and we will schedule a call to walk through everything together. From there, we go back and forth until every detail feels exactly right. This is your trip – it should feel that way.

bon voyage!

You pack your bags. Once you land, I’m in your corner reachable by WhatsApp for the duration of your trip if anything needs adjusting on the ground.

i’m here the whole way

My job doesn’t end when you board the plane. Once you land in France, I am still in your corner – if a reservation falls through, plans change unexpectedly, or you simply need a local recommendation on the ground, I am reachable and ready to help.

What it Costs

Custom France itinerary planning starts at $100 per day, with a 3-day minimum. You tell me where you want to go, how long you have, and what kind of trip you are dreaming of, and I build it for you from the ground up. For groups of 4+, price increases to $150 per day with a 3-day minimum.

All planning begins with a $100 discovery call – 30 minutes to talk through your trip, your travel style, and what you are looking for. The $100 is applied directly to your itinerary if you decide to move forward, and kept as a planning fee if you do not.

If you’re not ready for full planning, a one-hour France video call might be the right place to start. Learn more about that here.

Meet Your Personal Travel Advisor

I’m kylee…

A Nebraska girl who fell in love with France long before I ever thought I would call it home. My relationship with this country started in 2017 on my first trip to Paris. From 2022, I began traveling back and forth between France and the United States, and in February 2025 I made it official – I married my French husband and moved to Paris for good. France didn’t just capture my heart. It completely changed the way I think about travel.

What I love most about this country is not something you can find on a highlight reel. It is the lively terraces spilling out onto the streets on a Tuesday afternoon. The way a meal is never rushed – fresh ingredients, good wine, and the understanding that the only thing that matters is the present moment. The curated shops, regional markets, the fact that life here still feels genuinely unhurried in a way that is increasingly rare in the world.

When I travel France, I travel to understand it. I want to know what wine is produced in which valley and why. What the local specialty is in every town I visit, and how life is lived differently in Normandy versus the Riviera versus the vineyards in Champagne. I am not interested in checking boxes, I am interested in the feeling you get when a place starts to make sense to you. That is the France I want to show you.

When you work with me, you are not just getting an itinerary. You are getting the perspective of someone who lives here, loves it deeply, and has spent years learning how to experience it the way the French do – slowly, intentionally, and with a very good glass of wine in hand.

Questions about travel planning? We have answers.

France is my specialty and my home. I live in Paris and have spent years exploring every corner of this country, from the vineyards of Champagne to the coastline of Normandy to the hilltop villages of the French Riviera. By focusing exclusively on France I can offer a depth of knowledge and a level of personal insight that a generalist travel advisor simply cannot. If you are dreaming of France, you are in the right place. However, I have traveled to 60+ countries and also plan trips to other countries around the world. I can also help with France add-ons (i.e. France + Spain, Paris + London, etc). If you’re wondering if I’m the right travel advisor for you, reach out to me on Instagram and let’s chat!

Yes, as a licensed travel advisor I can assist with airfare bookings.

It is entirely up to you! I will always provide detailed recommendations with everything you need to book yourself, but if you would prefer me to handle the reservations directly I am happy to do that too. If you are using hotel points or have existing bookings you want to build around, no problem – I will work with whatever you already have in place.

It is more than okay… it’s one of my favorite kinds of trip to plan! There is something genuinely special about experiencing France for the first time and I take that responsibility seriously. First-time visitors often have the most questions and the most to gain from having a local insider in their corner, and I love making sure that first trip exceeds every expectation.

Anywhere from 30 days to a year before your trip is ideal (honestly, the earlier the better). The further in advance we work together, the more options we have for accommodations, restaurant reservations, and experiences. The most sought-after hotels and tours in France book out months in advance, particularly in summer, and early planning is one of the most valuable things I can do for your trip. That said, if your trip is coming up sooner than you planned, reach out anyway – I will always do my best.

Google will give you a list. I will give you a trip. Anyone can find the Eiffel Tower – what is harder to find is the restaurant three streets away that locals have been eating at for thirty years, the hotel that looks ordinary from the outside and takes your breath away from the inside, and the understanding of how to pace a trip through France so that it feels effortless rather than exhausting. I live here. I travel here constantly. And I care deeply about France being as extraordinary for you as it is for me. That is the difference.

Your dream destination awaits
